Project Description

Prospect Place Romanesque

This 1901 row house, with beautiful stone and brick details, had been divided into smaller apartments over time and was a residence for up to seven families in the 1960’s. The present owner bought it vacant and asked to reconfigure it to have four floor-through apartments. The renovation work preserved the beautiful fireplaces and fir floors while providing new kitchens and bathrooms, and bringing the egress, electrical, and plumbing systems up to code.
