Columbus Avenue High-rise

This project was a complete renovation of a 1,200 square foot apartment in a 26 story building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The apartment had a fully enclosed kitchen of 1960’s vintage that was dark and small. We removed the walls and built a new kitchen that is open to the rest of the apartment, has lots of light and has room for informal dining at the island counter. In the bathroom, we installed all new tile finishes and new fixtures to make it fresh and clean. New wood floors, new doors, and new trim were installed throughout, making the apartment feel like new.
