Flatiron Loft

This project transformed warehouse space in a former garment manufacturing building in the Flatiron Neighborhood into a modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.  The project, located within the Ladies Mile Historic District, required Landmarks Preservation Commission approval and a Certificate of Occupancy change. The spacious kitchen includes IKEA cabinets with custom doors by Semihandmade, and countertops by Ceasarstone.
